CBRE Handles Altamonte Springs Industrial Complex Deal

CBRE arranged the $14.8 million sale of Altamonte Commerce Center, an eight-building, 185,000-square-foot industrial complex in Altamonte Springs. Located at 217-311 Altamonte Commerce Blvd. and 620-658 Douglas Ave., the property has a high occupancy rate and is approximately 10 miles north of downtown Orlando.

David Murphy and Monica Wonus of CBRE represented the seller, EastGroup Properties, in the transaction. The seller was SunCap Opportunity Fund, an investment firm based in Fort Lauderdale.

“The sales process was highly competitive,” said Murphy. “The incredibly strong demand for this asset confirms that industrial has become one of the most coveted property types for investors looking to participate in the Central Florida market.”
