CBRE Global Investors Unveils Plans for Tanner Point in Portland

Los Angeles-based CBRE Global Investors revealed plans for Tanner Point, a new Class A creative office building totaling 182,851 square feet at 9th Avenue and Overton Street in Portland’s Pearl District. The eight-story spec office building at 1250 NW 9th Ave. was claimed last fall upon delivery to the market.

The property boasts an expansive lobby with reclaimed wood, a fireplace and areas for meetings, as well as an extensive bike storage along with locker and shower rooms. It also has 5,100 square feet of vibrant street-level retail and restaurant offerings.

CBRE Global Investors’ Jake Mota says, “Tanner Point is one of the only multi-tenant office options in the Pearl District, and offers the rare combination of cutting-edge workspace and community-driven amenities that are sought by the technology, media and IT companies who are flocking to this area.”

CBRE Global Investors is investing $1.25 million in additional improvements, including flexible meeting spaces, other amenities and retail offerings.
