CBRE Global Investors Adds Two Senior Officers to Credit Platform

CBRE Global Investors has expanded its credit platform, adding Michelle Liu in the Americas and Isabelle Brennan in the U.K. Based in New York, Liu has joined the firm as a managing director and senior originator focused on deploying capital on behalf of the Americas Credit Division.

Liu brings more than 16 years’ lending experience with banks and specialty finance companies and will be based in New York. Previously, she served in the real estate finance group at CIT Bank.

“Michelle’s proven ability to build and harvest relationships with borrowers and brokers and to originate mortgage loans across asset classes and geographies represents an important extension of our core competencies,” said Todd Sammann, head of Americas credit division.

Isabelle Brennan

Based in London, Brennan has joined the firm as a global investor solutions officer, specializing in global credit solutions to drive global capital-raising efforts for both the U.K./EMEA and Americas Credit Divisions.
