CBRE GI Submits to Develop Near Google’s Moffett Place Campus

CBRE Global Investors has submitted an application to build a 100,000-square-foot building at 1212 Bordeaux Dr. in Sunnyvale, CA. The site is down the road from Google’s newest campus, Moffett Place, which is being developed by Jay Paul Co.

Although the building is owned by CBRE Global Investors, the development firm Devcon Construction Inc. submitted the plans to the city for approval. The two story project aims to replace an existing 72,000-square-foot, tilt-up concrete building, which, according to public records, CBRE GI acquired from M West.

Due to the site’s location, it is being questioned if the building will be for Google’s usage, but as of now, there is no confirmation.
