CBRE Facilitates Sale of Trax at DuPont Station in Washington
CBRE arranged the sale of Trax at DuPont Station, a 179-unit core-plus multifamily community in DuPont, Washington.
Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington, Kyle Yamamoto, and Natalie Kasper, on CBRE’s Pacific Northwest Multifamily team, represented the seller, Security Properties, and RGA ReCap Incorporated, on behalf of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, in the transaction.
“High-quality multifamily assets in growth markets like DuPont have attracted strong investor demand. This core-plus asset offers value-add potential and has a unique combination of stable occupancy, strong demographics, and significant upside through interior renovations,” Hanacek, vice chairman at CBRE.
Located at 1430 Wilmington Drive in DuPont, Trax at DuPont Station was completed in 2012 and 2013 with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom townhomes and lofts across five buildings. Trax at DuPont Station is one of three for-rent multifamily properties in Northwest Landing, a 3,000-acre master-planned community developed by Weyerhaeuser. The property is within a 20-minute drive of major employment hubs.
