CBRE announced the sale of Walton Lofts, a 136-unit luxury high-rise located at 75 Vine Street in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.

CBRE’s Pacific Northwest Multifamily team, Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington, Kyle Yamamoto and Natalie Kasper, represented the seller, Clarion Partners.

Originally developed in 2015, Walton Lofts has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a rooftop lounge with views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, and downtown Seattle, a library and a fitness center. It is also walkable to the newly redeveloped Seattle Waterfront and Pike Place Market.
