CBRE Expands Valuation and Advisory Services to El Paso

CBRE established a Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) presence in El Paso with the hire of two appraisal experts. Ruben Montelongo and Preston Chastine, are taking the roles of senior appraiser and senior valuation associate, respectively. Both will provide appraisal services for West Texas commercial properties.

Prior to joining CBRE, Montelongo was a senior analyst for JLL, and also owned and ran a local appraisal company from 2014 to 2018. Chastine, formerly with CBRE’s Fort Worth office, relocated to El Paso to be near his hometown of Las Cruces, NM; he has two years of valuation and appraisal experience.
