CBRE Expands Presence in Alaska with Local Appraisal Team

CBRE has expanded its valuation capabilities in the U.S. with the addition of three appraisal professionals based in Alaska.

Greg Wing, MAI, joins as a senior vice president along with team members Shane Smith and Mike Gibson, who join the firm as senior appraisers. The Anchorage-based team has completed more than 2,000 commercial appraisals across Alaska for a variety of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, special-purpose facilities and raw land.

The team comes to CBRE from North Pacific Advisors, a commercial appraisal firm founded by Mr. Wing in 2011. Wing, who also founded the commercial appraisal firm Howard & Wing in 1997, brings more than 30 years of industry experience to CBRE.

“Greg, Shane and Mike have been the top appraisal team in Alaska for years and will be a great complement to our existing U.S. appraisal team,” said Mitch Olsen, MAI, Managing Director for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services in Seattle.
