CBRE Expands Office Brokerage Team

Jeff Oesterblad has reportedly joined CBRE’s San Diego team, and will partner with Matt Carlson and Ryan Grant who specialize in institutional landlord leasing throughout San Diego.

A 13-year CRE veteran, Oesterblad brings CBRE his vast experience representing some of San Diego’s top institutional landlords. Prior to joining CBRE, he managed Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego Agency Leasing Group, and completed more than 15 million square feet of lease and sale transactions, totaling more than $3.25 billion.
