CBRE Expands Firm’s KC Office on Main Street

CBRE‘s Kansas City office now occupies 12,282 square feet on the 16th floor of the American Century Investments building at 4520 Main Street.

The commercial real estate firm relocated from its previous space on the sixth floor of the building, where it had occupied approximately 10,000 square feet, reported the Kansas City Business Journal.

CBRE’s Kansas City office was one of the original five offices that piloted the Workplace360 program, which began in 2013. Since then, CBRE has opened more than 100 Workplace360 offices across the globe.

“We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the same building that CBRE has called home for several years,” said Leah FitzGerald, managing director for CBRE in Kansas City. “It is a testament to our growth and optimism in the future of office.”

In addition to high-end tech designed to support collaboration, the space features local artwork and the conference rooms are named after Kansas City landmarks.
