CBRE Establishes Global Financial HQ at Lever House

CBRE Group, Inc. said Friday it will establish a Global Financial Headquarters, designed and operated by Industrious, at Lever House, 390 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The company will lease 64,350 square feet of contiguous space on six floors and expects to take occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2025. Two of the floors will be dedicated to an Industrious flex workspace targeted to senior executives.

The move reflects CBRE’s increasing financial presence in New York, the growth of its investment management business and the company’s greater interaction with the public and private capital markets through its M&A activity and co-investments in real estate and other assets.

“Lever House is a premier address that will help us to attract top real estate finance talent,” said Bob Sulentic, CBRE’s chair and CEO. “It’s located in the heart of Midtown’s financial district and is a convenient walk to 200 Park, which has been the hub of our New York operations for more than 30 years.”

200 Park Ave. will continue to serve as headquarters of CBRE’s New York Tri-State Advisory Services business. Global corporate headquarters continues to be at 2121 N. Pearl St. in Dallas.
