CBRE Elevates Stephen Kulinski to Senior Managing Director in Nashville
CBRE has promoted Stephen Kulinski to senior managing director in Nashville, TN. Kulinski leads the operations of the company’s Tennessee offices and drives its growth strategy for all advisory services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management.
Kulinski joined CBRE’s Nashville office in 2015 as managing director with more than 30 years of architectural experience. Previously, he was an EVP with Gresham, Smith and Partners, a leading design and consulting firm where he guided firm-wide marketing and business development efforts and provided leadership and direction for the practice.
Kulinski serves on the board of directors for the Nashville chapter of NAIOP and has held various leadership positions with Urban Land Institute, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Green Building Council, CoreNet and Downtown Rotary.
