CBRE Duo Will Spearhead Expansion Program for AAMCO

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care has retained CBRE to create and execute an expansion program throughout the country. CBRE’s East Brunswick, NJ-based Patti AmecAngelo and Joe AmecAngelo will oversee the targeted leasing campaign on behalf of AAMCO.

The AmecAngelos will find locations for new and existing AAMCO franchisees across the country, with an initial focus on New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Arizona and Georgia, to strategically grow the company’s base in targeted areas around the region.

“The current market conditions have demonstrated the essential nature of automotive service companies such as AAMCO, making them a highly attractive tenant for property owners in challenging economic times,” said Patti AmecAngelo.

The Horsham, PA-based automotive repair company is targeting high-profile locations in suburban markets with approximately 3,000 to 5,500 square feet. Optimal sites would be 4,500 square feet and include both end-cap and stand-alone locations.
