CBRE Completes Sale of Luxury Minneapolis Multifamily Property

CBRE has arranged the sale of 365 Nicollet, a 30-story, 370-unit luxury multifamily property in Minneapolis’ Gateway District neighborhood.

A joint venture between Corebridge Real Estate Investors and Opus Development Company sold the property to Waterton. A sale price was not disclosed. CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Abe Appert, and Keith Collins represented the venture in the transaction.

“Beyond its iconic presence on the Minneapolis skyline and its luxurious, fully amenitized residences and common areas, 365 Nicollet stands out for its unique location in the Gateway District,” said Appert. “Investors are responding to strong submarket absorption, a return to office, and the city’s established live-work-play environment, all of which are drawing residents back.”

Constructed in 2018, 365 Nicollet is LEED Gold certified and is located one block from the Nicollet Mall LRT station as well as direct Skyway access.
