CBRE Completes Sale of 4-State MOB Portfolio

A CBRE team based in Atlanta and Denver completed the sale and financing of a nine-building medical office portfolio totaling approximately 470,000 square feet located in two Midwestern states, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

Chris Bodnar, Lee Asher, Ryan Lindsley and Jordan Selbiger of CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets team served as advisors for the transaction and sourced the buyer for the portfolio sale. Additionally, Sabrina Solomiany of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group worked on behalf of the buyer, a confidential entity, to secure the financing.

The medical office building portfolio included Advocate Sherman Medical Building in Elgin, IL; Oak Lawn Medical Building in Oak Lawn, IL; High Pointe Health Campus in Lake Elmo, MN; Einstein Medical Building in East Norriton, PA; Sterling Medical Building in Sterling, VA; Pavilion I & II in Duluth, MN; and CentreMed I & II in Centreville, VA.
