CBRE Brokers Sale of MF Development Site in Jacksonville for $3M

CBRE has brokered the $3 million sale of a multifamily development site in Jacksonville’s Orange Park submarket. Cliff Taylor and Joe Ayers of CBRE represented the buyer, Integra Land Co., in the transaction. The seller was Armstrong Development.

Located at the southwest corner of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway and the First Coast Expressway, the site and surrounding area offers an easy commute into Jacksonville. Integra Land Co., is planning 249 units for phase one of the project.

“Oakleaf Plantation is a rapidly growing suburb in southwest Jacksonville serving an ever-growing community of residents looking for quality housing, schools as well as retail goods and services,” said Taylor. “With Jacksonville’s in-migration of approximately 30,000 net residents annually, areas like Oakleaf are taking full advantage of this tremendous population growth. The site is well positioned within the community and we expect Integra Land Company and its partners to be highly successful with another of their best-in-class apartment communities.”
