CBRE Brokers Sale of Harbour Centre Office Tower in Miami

CBRE has arranged the sale of Harbour Centre, an 11-story office tower and parking garage in Miami’s Aventura submarket.

Designed by Arquitectonica, the property features hurricane resistant, floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic view of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and both Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Downtown Miami. The property is currently 85% leased to 29 tenants.

Christian Lee, José Lobón, Amy Julian and Tom Rappa of CBRE represented the undisclosed sellers in the transaction. The buyer, Cardone Capital, is a private equity firm based in Aventura and led by real estate investor Grant Cardone. The buyer was advised by Square2 Capital, LLC, and Highline Real Estate Capital.
