CBRE Brokers Sale of 914-Unit Norwood Apartment Community

CBRE has negotiated the sale of Commons at Windsor Gardens, a 914-unit apartment community in Norwood. The sales price was not disclosed. Norwood is approximately 20 miles southwest of Boston.

Built between 1963 and 1968, the community is 100% market rate, and is comprised of a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom flats and two- and three-bedroom townhomes, with an average size of 832 square feet per unit. Amenities include an on-site commuter rail station, community room, two outdoor pools, gym, basketball court, tennis court and on-site daycare operator.

Simon Butler and Biria St. John of CBRE represented the seller, Windsor Gardens Propco LLC, in the transaction. CBRE also procured the undisclosed buyer.
