CBRE Brokers Sale of 700K-SF Industrial Portfolio in Massachusetts, New Hampshire

CBRE has arranged the sale of a nine-building, 700,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The sales price was not disclosed.

The nine-building portfolio includes 200, 500, 600 and 800 Research Drive in Wilmington, MASS.; 16,18 and 29 Esquire Road in Billerica, MASS. as well as 34A and 34B Londonderry Road in Londonderry, N.H. At the time of sale, the portfolio was 94% leased to a roster of tenants that includes Symbotic, Conformis, Locus Robotics and Lindenmeyr Munroe.

Chris Skeffington and Scott Dragos of CBRE represented the seller, Novaya Real Estate Ventures, in the transaction. The buyer was BentallGreenOak.
