CBRE Brokers Sale of 7-Acre Development Site at Life Science Campus in Worcester

CBRE has arranged the sale of a nearly seven-acre parcel of land at The Reactory, a 46-acre, master-planned biomanufacturing campus in Worcester.

The buyer, WuXi Biologics, plans to build a 107,000-square-foot, two-story facility, which will serve as the anchor project at The Reactory campus. The facility is expected to be completed by 2022 and bring 150 new jobs to the Worcester area.

Brian Cohen, Chris McCauley and Colin Coughlin of CBRE represented WuXi Biologics in the transaction. The seller was New Garden Park Inc.
