CBRE Brokers Sale of 598-Unit MF Portfolio in Tampa

CBRE has brokered the sale of a two-property, 598-unit multifamily portfolio in St. Petersburg and Tampa. Bridge Investment Group acquired the portfolio for an undisclosed price.

The portfolio includes the 208-unit Viera Bayside in St. Petersburg and the 390-unit Veranda at Westchase in Tampa. Viera Bayside features a renovated clubhouse, gym and 24-hour access to the business center. Veranda at Westchase was built in 1999 and is located in Tampa’s Westchase suburb.

Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan of CBRE represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction as well as the buyer, Bridge Investment Group. The assets were purchased by assuming the current Fannie Mae debt in place for the two properties combined.
