CBRE Brokers Sale of 45-Acre MXU Development Site in Hialeah Gardens

CBRE has arranged the sale of a 45-acre mixed-use development site in Hialeah Gardens. The buyers, a joint venture between Butters Construction & Development and Greystar, plans to build Miami Midway Park, a 500,000-square-foot industrial park and a 360-unit garden-style multifamily community at the site.

Christian Lee, Chris Riley and Jose Lobon of CBRE as well as Devin White and David Albert of CBRE Industrial Leasing represented the JV in the acquisition. The seller was Terra Group.

The 30-year-old Butters organization is one of the leading developers in South Florida and has built more than 20 million square feet of commercial space in the region. South Florida is the fourth-fastest growing MSA nationally and is ranked third in employment, according to CBRE.
