CBRE Brokers Sale of 205-Unit Woburn MF Property

CBRE has arranged the sale of the leasehold interest of Washington Crossing, a 205-unit apartment community in Woburn, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2003, the community consists of four, four-story buildings with elevators, a clubhouse and multiple free-standing carports. Floorplans at the community average 1,063 square feet with nine-foot ceilings and features a clubhouse with amenities that include a heated pool, fitness center, business center and theatre room. Additionally, the property is less than a mile from the MBTA commuter rail station, providing direct access to Downtown Boston.

Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE represented the seller, an institutional investor advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The buyer was CWMA Baystate LLC.
