CBRE Brokers Deal for Peter Lik’s First Chicago Gallery

CBRE’s Chicago office represented landlord GLL Real Estate Partners in what will be the first retail location in the city for renowned landscape photographer Peter Lik. The 3,052-square-foot lease at 444 North Michigan Ave. will join a roster of high street retail locations for LIK Fine Art, that also includes New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and Lincoln Road in Miami.

Representing GLL were CBRE’s Todd Siegel and Phil Golding. David Goldberg of Goldstreet Partners represented LIK Fine Art. The new location will be Lik’s 16th gallery worldwide.

“With local, national and international appeal, Chicago’s North Michigan Avenue continues to be one of the most-trafficked luxury retail corridors in the world, and this addition further cements the attractiveness of the Chicago market as a whole” said Golding.
