CBRE Brokers $61M Sale of Pinellas Park MF Community

CBRE has arranged the $61 million sale of Gateway Lakes, a 329-unit, multifamily property located at 5501 100th Ave. N in Pinellas Park, FL.

Gateway Lakes consists of 21 buildings and is located in the high-growth area of Pinellas Park. It features large floor plans, lake views, private patios and amenities that include a heated spa, pool, tennis court, playground, dog park and a recently remodeled fitness center. The gated community is nearby the Gateway Business District, St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport and downtown Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan of CBRE represented both the buyer, TruAmerica, and the seller, St. Regis Properties, in the transaction.
