CBRE Brokers $49M Sale of South Carolina Distribution Center

CBRE has arranged the $48.5 million sale of the Carowinds Distribution Center, a Class A distribution center in Fort Mill, S.C.

Located at 355 Crestmont Drive in the Southwest submarket, the property is a 558,900-square-foot industrial building with 32-foot clear heights, 32 dock doors and on-site trailer parking. The facility is fully occupied by two tenants, Legrand and Sanmina.

Patrick Gildea, Trey Barry, Matt Smith and Grayson Hawkins of CBRE represented the seller, Hartz Mountain Industries, in the transaction. The buyer was Stoltz Real Estate Partners.
