CBRE, Brennan Arranges Bensenville Industrial Deals

CBRE and Brennan Investment Group recently completed three new industrial leases totaling 118,357 square feet in Bensenville, IL within the O’Hare submarket. In all three transactions, Cal Payne and Phil DeBoer of CBRE worked on behalf of the landlord, Brennan Investment Group. Fordy Gates lead the leasing assignment for Brennan Investment Group.
 
The transactions included the following:

• 425 Meyer Rd – 26,557-square-foot new lease with Blue Whale Logistics Corp. 
• 296 Beeline Dr. – 21,800-square-foot new lease with Newtrans Worldwide Inc. 
• 156 Beeline Dr. – 70,000-square-foot new lease with AZAZ Trucking Inc. 

“We have witnessed an incredible level of absorption within our O’Hare portfolio and we’re glad we could provide logistical solutions for our new clients in Bensenville,” said Fordy Gates, VP of leasing at Brennan.
