CBRE Arranges Wilmington Office Leases Totaling 59K SF

CBRE has completed five office leases totaling 59,428 square feet at PNC Bank Center, a newly renovated office building located at 222 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.

PNC Bank, Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, Akerman LLP, McCann, Dillon, Jaffe & Lamb, LLC, and Block & Leviton LLP committed to office space at the 249,7990-square-foot office property located in the heart of downtown. CBRE’s John Kaczowka spearheads leasing at the property and represented the ownership, Douglas Development in the lease negotiations.

Among the largest leases completed was a 32,530-square-foot renewal in a transaction arranged by Tom Coyne of Fidelity Commercial on behalf of the financial institution. New leases also included:

  • A 13,918 square-foot lease was negotiated by Cindy Fleming of JLL for Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP.
  • Akerman LLP signed a 5,271-square-foot lease in a deal arranged by Bark Mackey and Matthew Cheezem of Cushman & Wakefield.
  • A 4,519 square-foot lease was negotiated by Neal Dangello and Mike Dolan of Newmark for McCann, Dillon, Jaffe & Lamb, LLC.
  • A 3,190 square-foot lease in a transaction also arranged by JLL’s Cindy Fleming.
