CBRE Arranges Three Office Leases & Renewal in Livingston
CBRE has finalized several new office leases and renewals at The Eisenhower, a Class A office complex in Livingston, NJ, owned by Eastman Companies. The transactions, totaling 10,200 square feet, include three new leases and a renewal. The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler, and Dan Casey represented Eastman Companies and P3RE in all negotiations.
The new leases include Sobel Tinari’s 4,200-square-foot office lease, a corporate headquarters lease for The Learning Experience totaling 1,200 square feet, and a 1,300-square-foot commitment by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Additionally, Caerus 1 US Inc. renewed its 3,500-square-foot lease, represented by Mark Richardson of JLL.
The Eisenhower offers amenities including an auditorium, conference rooms, a parking deck with electric car chargers, a cafeteria, retail amenities, a game room, a loading dock, and multiple fitness options. Ownership recently completed a new, fully furnished co-working suite and added fitness center space.
