CBRE Arranges Southfield, MI Office Building Sale

A 108,634-square-foot office building at 26600 Telegraph Road in Southfield, MI has been sold, according to CBRE, which arranged the sale.

Princeton Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment company based in Bloomfield Hills, MI., purchased the property from First Mercury Insurance Company, a member of Crum & Forster, a national property and casualty insurer.

CBRE’s Anne Galbraith Kohn represented the seller in the transaction. Friedman Real Estate represented the buyer.

“This corporate owned property is in outstanding condition and is strategically positioned along Telegraph Road, within metropolitan Detroit’s largest suburban office market, Southfield,” said Kohn. “We were able to leverage CBRE’s best-in-class tools and resources to find the right company that would be the perfect fit to purchase this property while also meeting our client’s needs during the transaction process.”
