CBRE Arranges Sale of Suburban Minnesota Apartments

CBRE has arranged the sale of Marion Street & The Brittanys apartments, a 277-unit multifamily property located in a suburb of Saint Paul. The property was sold to Summit Acquisitions for an undisclosed sum.

Ted Abramson, Keith Collins, and Abe Appert from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented the seller in the transaction.

Marion Street & The Brittanys apartments in Roseville, MN offers residents a large park-like setting with easy access to retail and transit. The property consists of twelve three-story buildings and is located within an Opportunity Zone.

“This transaction demonstrates the strong investment demand across suburban multifamily assets,” said Abramson.
