CBRE Arranges Sale of New BTR Community Omaha Suburb

CBRE has arranged the sale of The Trails, an 85-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Curtis Capital Group purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Mark Seger and Jeremy Fink represented the seller in the transaction. Mr. Abramson leads the CBRE Build-to-Rent team in the U.S., specializing in the Midwest.

“This transaction shows the continued interest in build-to-rent properties throughout the Midwest,” said Abramson. “Our team has been active in conjunction with our local professionals on BTR across the U.S. this year.”

The Trails is located at 19111 Grand Ave., minutes from Flanagan Lake and Ta-Ha-Zouka Park and proximate to over 1 million square feet of retail space across Whispering Ridge and Village Pointe. Completed in 2024, the property features a range of four- and five-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,814 square feet.

Unit amenities include fully equipped kitchens, irrigation, fully fenced-in yards, patios and decks in select units, two-car garages, in-unit washers and dryers and hardwood-style flooring.
