CBRE Arranges Sale of MF Lofts in Rochester

CBRE has arranged the sale of Lofts at Mayo Park, a 29-unit multifamily property in Rochester. Eaststar Trust LLC purchased the property from Eastbank Lofts LLC for $6.9 million.

CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Abe Appert and Keith Collins represented the seller in the transaction. “The Rochester market continues to see demand from capital due to the draw of the Mayo Clinic,” said Abramson.

Lofts at Mayo Park is located at 123 Sixth Ave. SE, along Mayo Park, the Zumbro River and the city’s 86 miles of biking trails. It is minutes from the skyway, providing access to the Mayo Clinic campus and downtown Rochester.

Built in 2017, the property features a range of one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 942 square feet. Community and unit amenities include a fitness center, bike storage, a pet washing station, private balconies, a community patio, heated underground parking and rooftop terraces.
