CBRE Arranges Sale of 761K-SF Retail Center Outside Philadelphia

CBRE has arranged the sale of Nassau Park Pavilion, a 760,765-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Princeton, NJ.

Bridge33 Capital purchased the property from SITE Centers Corp for an undisclosed amount. Chris Munley, Colin Behr, Ryan Sciullo, and Casey Benson Smith of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team represented the seller in the transaction.

“Nassau Park Pavilion presented a unique opportunity to acquire a premier, supermarket-anchored shopping center with both immediate and long-term value-add potential,” said Behr. “Demand for grocery-anchored retail assets remains strong across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, reinforcing the strategic appeal of this investment.”

Nassau Park Pavilion features several prominent national tenants, including Target, Home Depot, Five Below and Floor & Décor, and is anchored by grocery retailer Wegmans. “We were honored to have the opportunity to work on the Nassau Park Pavilion assignment,” said Munley.
