CBRE Arranges Sale of 3333 K Street NW in DC

CBRE has completed the sale of 3333 K Street NW, a five-story, 69,754 square foot boutique office property located steps from Georgetown’s M Street retail corridor.

The property, which was formerly occupied by The Legal Services Corporation, was acquired by One Street Commercial Properties and is slated to undergo a residential conversion. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The CBRE team of Manny Fitzgerald, John Sheridan, Harry Stephens, and Charlie Mangold represented the seller, Friends of The Legal Services Corporation, in the negotiations. In addition to the CBRE sales team, Chip Ranno at Clear Real Estate Services served as an advisor to the seller. McLean Partners represented One Street Commercial Properties in their acquisition.

3333 K Street is immediately accessible via five transit arteries providing access to downtown D.C., Ronald Reagan National Airport, Northwest D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
