CBRE has arranged the sale of Avenue64, a 316-unit multifamily property in O’Fallon, Missouri. Oregon-based Bonaventure purchased the property from Thompson Thrift for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Matt Bukhshtaber, Cam Benz, Claire Bullard and Ryan Stockamp represented the seller in the transaction. “Avenue64 is another example of a well-executed Class A Thompson Thrift multifamily development that has leased up quickly,” said Ott. “We are also excited to work with Bonaventure Holding Company and assist the company with its first multifamily acquisition.”

Avenue64 is located at 1000 Watermark Drive, proximate to the Interstate 64 and Missouri 94 intersection and 10 minutes northwest of Chesterfield Commons, the largest open-air retail center in the U.S. with over 2 million square feet of retail space. Built in 2022, the property features a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
