CBRE Arranges Sale of 26K-SF Medical Office Building in Metro Charlotte

CBRE has arranged the sale of Huntersville Medical Plaza, a 26,166-square-foot medical office building in Charlotte’s Huntersville suburb. The sales price was not disclosed. At the time of sale, the property was 50% occupied by Novant Health’s Huntersville Pediatrics and Internal Medicine practice.

Lee Asher, Chris Bodnar, Jordan Selbiger, Ryan Lindsley, Sabrina Solomiany, Patrick Gildea, Greg Wilson, Matt Smith and Grayson Hawkins of CBRE represented the seller, RiverOak Investment Corp, in the transaction. The buyer was Flagship Healthcare Properties.

“The economic volatility created by the coronavirus has driven investors to focus on high growth Southeast markets and resilient tenancy. Anchored by Novant Health, Huntersville Medical Plaza provides stability with the strength of one of the region’s largest health systems and allows investors to capitalize on the long term growth of the market as we move past the pandemic,” said CBRE’s Matt Smith.
