Värde Partners and Hawkins Way Capital have purchased the Sheraton Boston Hotel in the Back Bay neighborhood of downtown Boston, MA from Host Hotels & Resor.

CBRE Arranges Sale of 210K-SF Industrial Property in Norton

CBRE has arranged the sale of 176 South Washington Street, a 209,643-square-foot industrial facility in Norton, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 1986, the property is 100% leased to U.S. Cabinet Depot and features 28-foot clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 20 docks, two drive-in doors and I-495 South visibility with signage capabilities. The facility is located adjacent to Myles Standish Industrial Park with easy access to Interstate 495.

Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby, Roy Sandeman, Tim Mulhall, Tony Hayes and Daniel Hines of CBRE represented the seller, Paradigm Capital Advisors, in the off-market transaction. The buyer was Black Creek Group.
