CBRE Arranges Sale of 208-Unit MF in Indianapolis Suburb

CBRE arranged the sale of Princeton Lakes, a 208-unit multifamily property in Noblesville, Indiana. A local private investor purchased the property from Pedcor Companies for an undisclosed amount. Pedcor is a full-service development, construction, property management, banking and finance company specializing in rental housing across the country.

CBRE’s Steve LaMotte, Jr., Dane Wilson and Ross Wettersten represented the seller in the transaction. “Princeton Lakes sits in the highly esteemed north Indianapolis suburb of Noblesville in affluent Hamilton County, which is the center of several modern amenities, rising employment, historic infrastructure and high-value housing,” said LaMotte.

Princeton Lakes was completed in 2005 and is located at 17955 Murray Pl, on the corner of State Roads 37 and 32. The property includes a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,021 square feet and features a swimming pool, a picnic area, a clubhouse, a playground and several walking trails.
