CBRE Arranges Sale of 2,000-Unit MF in Indiana

CBRE has arranged the sale of Canterbury Green, a 2,000-unit multifamily community in Fort Wayne. Morgan Properties purchased the property from Osso and GoldOller.

The sale represents the largest single asset multifamily transaction ever completed in the state of Indiana. CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz, Claire Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp, Taylor Ford and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.

“We’re proud to have led the largest transaction in Indiana, and one of the largest in the nation, delivering exceptional execution and an outstanding outcome for GoldOller and Osso,” said Ott. “We’re excited to see how Morgan Properties will elevate and reimagine this iconic asset.”

Located at 2727 Canterbury Blvd., Canterbury Green sits near a variety of retail amenities and major employers and is adjacent to Purdue University Fort Wayne. Built in 1969-1978, the property features a range of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, single-story homes with garages and multi-level townhomes.
