CBRE Arranges Sale of 132-Acre Industrial Development Site in Port St. Lucie

CBRE has arranged the sale of a 132-acre industrial development site in St. Lucie County near Port St. Lucie.

The buyer, The Silverman Group, plans to develop the site for large bulk warehouse distribution tenants. The project will be called Interstate Crossroads Business Center and is slated to break ground within 60 days. The industrial park will feature tilt wall concrete construction, 40-foot minimum clear heights, 56-foot by 54-foot column spacing with a 60-foot speed bay, ESFR Fire Protection and ample trailer and vehicle parking.

Robert Smith, Kirk Nelson and Jeffrey Kelly of CBRE brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, FLF Holdings.
