CBRE Arranges Southfield, MI Office Building Sale

CBRE Arranges Sale of 12K-SF Office Building in Miami

CBRE has brokered the sale of 2801 Building, a 11,550-square-foot office building in Miami’s Coral Way submarket. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located on Southwest 3rd Avenue, the property is a few blocks away from Miami’s central business district. The Coral Way submarket has an inventory of 2.4 million square feet, making it one of Miami’s smallest office submarkets, according to CBRE. Coral Way prices have risen by close to 40% over the past five years, a growth rate that is above the Miami metro average over the same period.

Alina Plasencia of CBRE represented the seller, 2801 LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.

“The 2801 building is a new construction with Class A finishes that attracted considerable interest due to its proximity to the Brickell Corridor,” said Plasencia. “The size and parking made it an ideal choice for an owner user looking to establish their business in South Florida.”
