CBRE Arranges Sale of 113K-SF MXU Property in Roswell

CBRE has arranged the sale of Vickers Roswell, a boutique 113,157-square-foot multifamily and retail building located at 1180 Canton Street in Roswell. The sales price was not disclosed.

Vickers Roswell spans two buildings and features a 79-unit luxury multifamily complex that offers one, two and three-bedroom floor plans and 5,846 square feet of retail space. The residential units feature high-end finishes, oversized windows, in-unit laundry and large patios. The property also offers tenants access to covered and gated parking, storage units, a fitness center and a rooftop terrace. The boutique property is located in historic Roswell.

Shea Campbell, Ashish Cholia, Colleen Hendrix and Don Hoffman of CBRE represented the seller, Bluerock Real Estate, in the transaction. The buyer was Waypoint Capital.
