CBRE Arranges Sale of 1.5M-SF Industrial Park in Miami
CBRE arranged the sale of Centergate at Gratigny, a three-building, 1.5 million-square-foot industrial park in Hialeah for an undisclosed price.
Located at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave., the property includes a 978,164-square-foot distribution and light assembly warehouse built in 1999, and two newly-constructed state-of-the-art distribution buildings totaling 602,657 square feet. The park is anchored by Bullet Line, a supplier of low-price promotional products. Additional tenants include Carnival Cruise Lines and Veritiv, a business-to-business distributor of packaging.
Chris Riley, Christian Lee, and José Lobón of CBRE represented the seller, a global investment management firm that acquired the property in 2015. The buyer was not disclosed. The Miami-based CBRE Industrial Leasing team of Devin White and David Albert assisted in the marketing of the property.
