CBRE Arranges Quintet of Leases at 424 Madison Ave.

CBRE has completed five new offices leases at 424 Madison Ave. totaling 17,687 square feet, with a quintet of new users coming to the boutique office property that’s located near Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The CBRE team of Paul Walker and Jordan Donohue spearheads the leasing campaign at 424 Madison and represented the ownership, BLDG Management, in negotiations.

The five newest tenants at 424 Madison are Japanese Medical Care, Alignage Fertility, Vaerstandig & Sons, Yehuda Diamond Company and JKB2 Medical Management. Tenant brokers weren’t identified.

“Located within walking distance to Grand Central Terminal, 424 Madison Ave. is ideally situated in the heart of Midtown,” said Walker.  “The ownership has been successful in leasing this property due to its hands-on approach and a streamlined leasing process that includes in-house architectural services and construction oversight, allowing for a smooth leasing experience for tenants.”
