CBRE Arranges New South FL Leases for Expanding Oncology Institute

CBRE has arranged seven medical office leases totaling more than 25,000 square feet across South Florida for The Oncology Institute. This doubles the tenant’s office locations in Florida to 14.

CBRE’s Dana Nialis, Angie Weber, Deborah Fink, and Carol Ellis-Cutler represented The Oncology Institute in lease negotiations.

“CBRE has been a vital partner for The Oncology Institute for many years, helping us identify ideal clinic locations for our physicians and teammates as we expand in key markets such as Florida,” said Daniel Virnich, M.D., President of The Oncology Institute. “We are confident that our new clinic locations opening in Broward and Dade County will position us as the premier provider of oncology care for the patients that we serve in South Florida.”

The new South Miami location is now open, with Ft. Lauderdale, Hialeah, North Miami Beach, Hollywood, Miramar, and Plantation offices expected to open in Q3.
