CBRE Arranges Livingston Leases for Eastman

CBRE recently arranged three new lease transactions at two office properties owned by Eastman Companies at 354 Eisenhower Pkwy. and 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave. in Livingston, NJ.

The law practice of Antonelli Kantor leased 5,200 square feet at 354 Eisenhower Pkwy., while Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg and the Law Office of Robert J. Machi committed to 4,600 square feet and 1,200 square feet, respectively at 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave.

Eastman Companies’ director of leasing, Eric Maurer, represented Eastman Companies in the negotiations in partnership with CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler.

“The completion of three new lease transactions during the COVID-19 shutdown speaks to the responsiveness and quality product that Eastman Companies provides to tenants,” said Casey.

The 160,000-square-foot 354 Eisenhower Pkwy and 50,000-square-foot 651 Old Mt. Pleasant Ave. both offer convenient access to the area’s dining and shopping establishments, CBRE said.
