CBRE Arranges Lease to Amarillo National Bank at Oak Park in San Antonio, TX
CBRE has arranged a lease to Amarillo National Bank at Oak Park, a 163,956-square-foot Class A office building in San Antonio, TX. Christi Griggs and Chelsea Ferguson of CBRE represented the landlord, MM Oak Park, LLC advised by Milam Real Estate Capital, in the lease negotiations. Eric Lundblad and Albert McNeel of Endura Advisory Group represented the tenant.
Amarillo National Bank will occupy ground floor office and retail banking space as well as provide services with the drive-thru motor bank facility.
“There has been an increase in banks looking for space and new banks coming to the market,” said CBRE First Vice President Griggs. “We were excited to be able to provide a San Antonio solution for Amarillo National Bank within the newly remodeled Oak Park building.”
Oak Park is located at 1020 NE Loop 410 in the North Central submarket just minutes from San Antonio International Airport.
