CBRE Arranges Lease at Industrial Development in Dayton

CBRE has arranged a 264,000-square-foot, long-term lease for Accelevation at First Flight Commerce Center, a 1.786 million-square-foot, Class A, six-building, master-planned industrial development in Miami Township, Ohio. The data center infrastructure manufacturing company is scheduled to move in Q1 2025 and will occupy 100% of building 1.

CBRE’s Doug Whitten represented the landlord, Kansas City-based developer Northpoint Development, in the lease negotiations, and Bill Buntyn and Todd Cochran of Colliers represented Accelevation, the tenant.

“Northpoint Development’s First Flight Commerce Center development is fully underway,” said Whitten. “All of the buildings will feature the latest modern amenities when they are delivered. We can accommodate prospective occupiers from 30,000 square feet up to or over 500,000 square feet.”

First Flight Commerce Center offers proximity to interstates 75 and 675 and is within 30 minutes of the Dayton International Airport. Once completed, building 1 will feature a 36-foot clear height, 50-by-52-foot column spacing, eight dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, 267 parking spaces and 66 trailer parking spaces.
