CBRE Arranges Land Sale for Cincy Senior Living

CBRE’s Maggie Lehmkuhl arranged the purchase of 7.05 acres to be developed into a 40-unit senior living facility in Northeast Cincinnati. RAH I purchased the parcel from Chris Luers to develop a senior living facility for Abode Advantage LLC. A purchase price was not disclosed.

The property, located at 7905 State Route 48 in Hamilton Township, OH, will be part of a larger strategy for Abode Advantage, which plans to deliver at least four more developments in the Cincinnati area over the next five years.

Abode Advantage is developing four homes at this site that can accommodate between 10 and 13 residents each. The company hopes to have the first building available by July 2020.

“This site provided a desirable suburban setting for the planned assisted living facility,” said Lehmkuhl.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
